How to use this tool

Discuss each item with both families, mark it included, omitted or awaiting confirmation, and assign an owner. Only included items can be completed and count toward progress. Rename, add or remove items to fit your plans, then print a copy before leaving the page.

Worked example

If three items are included and two are still undecided, completing one included item shows 1 / 3. Undecided and omitted items do not increase the progress total.
